High School students tour EPIC
High school students and their chaperons visited NUANCE on July 12, 2013, as part of a program sponsored by Kennedy King College and the University of Chicago programs. Eric Miller and Eric Roth took 4 groups of students on a tour of our EPIC facility. They learned about the various instruments we use for research. The high school students participating in the event came from the following high schools: Brooks, Dunbar, Chicago Virtual Charter School, DeLaSalle Institute, Gary Comer, Hyde Park Academy, Kenwood Academy, King College Prep, Lincoln Park, South Shore, Urban Prep, Wells Academy, Wendell Phillips, Westinghouse, Whitney Young, Williams Prep, and Woodlawn Charter.
