DI SPM
The Nanoscope MultiMode Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM is the highest resolution SPM ever manufactured). The combination of easy to use, powerful software and innovative hardware design gives the MultiMode SPM the flexibility to easily acquire images on both the atomic and macroscopic scales. The microscope performs the full range of SPM techniques to measure surface characteristics including topography, elasticity, friction, adhesion, magnetic fields, and electrical fields. Atomic resolution cross-section images of Si-SiO2 Interface using AFM. Image size is 5 by 5 nm.
Nanonics NSOM
The Nanonics NSOM system provides the full range of AFM modes of operation (contact, non-contact, intermittent-contact) and NSOM operation (both transmission and reflection imaging) and does not interfere with the normal workings of the host optical or confocal microscope upon which it sits. This full integration of the fields of conventional far-field microscopy, atomic force microscopy, near-field optical microscopy, and confocal microscopy into one system serves as a powerful tool for microscopists, giving them the ability to correlate information received from a sample via all of these complementary techniques. High resolution NSOM image of Alkanethiols on gold taken in transmission mode
Spectra-Physics Femtosecond Laser
The Tsunami® mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser provides the widest pulse width range, the broadest wavelength coverage and the highest power levels of any ultrafast oscillator on the market. It also offers the best long-term stability and reliability in both femtosecond and picosecond domains.
Veeco Instruments BioScope II
The Bioscope II has been engineered specially to facilitate advanced bioscience research. It allows us to image under broad range of biologically relevant conditions. It allows us to measure biological samples in three dimensions, while being integrated into with inverted optical research microscopes. The BioScope II is ideal for a wide array of cutting-edge bioscience applications, such as spatial identification of protein molecules and cellular structures, investigations of cell response to mechanical stimulation and nano-manipulation, and in-situ pharmacological studies of live cells. The BioScope II is designed for multimodal imaging and measurements, specifically targeting the correlation of nanoscopic measurements with advanced optical/fluorescence microscopy.
JEOL JSPM-5200
The JSPM-5200 is a multipurpose, high resolution SPM with environmental capabilities. The JSPM-5200 can be used in various native environments -- from ambient air, controlled atmosphere, fluid, or vacuum, with the sample heated to 500° C (773K) or cooled to -143° C (130K). The open architecture of the JSPM-5200 provides multiple access ports and easy access to the probe. The JSPM-5200 can be configured as either an atomic force microscope (AFM) or scanning tunneling microscope (STM) by merely changing the tip. STM modes include CITS, I-V, S-V, and I-S. Standard AFM modes include contact, friction force microscopy, current image, non-contact and discrete contact with either slope detection or frequency detection, and phase imaging.
Hysitron TriboIndenter
The Hysitron  TriboIndenter is a complete automated nanomechanical test system, ideal for measuring the hardness and elastic modulus of both hard and soft materials including biological specimens. It  provides quantitative nanomechanical testing capabilities with the convenience of modern automation. Available in normal and lateral force loading configurations, the Triboindenter revolutionizes the sub-micron scale testing arena with real-time data collection and nanometer resolution in-situ SPM imaging.
NanoInk NSCRIPTOR DPN System
Nanoink’s NSCRIPTOR system is a DPN based scanning probe microscopy system. Leveraging these SPM capabilities, the NSCRIPTOR is optimized for both nanolithography and image acquisition.  This turn key system uniquely leverages 1D and 2D probe arrays, microfluidic inkwells.
