facility, one must fill out an application
for the proper services. Following
account creation, users must attend
a training session on the proper instrument(s).
Our applications are contained (in
.pdf format). Please fill out the
application in full and turn it into
your advisor to be considered. Please
also take the time to review our comprehensive
list of rules regarding conduct while
in EPIC.
